Gromo World S.L. respects your privacy and is committed to processing your personal data with transparency, proportionality and security, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Purposes and legal basis

We process the personal data you provide through the contact form for the following purposes:

— To attend to and manage your enquiries, sample requests and commercial requests. — To maintain the communication you initiate and, where appropriate, to send additional information strictly related to your enquiry. — To comply with any legal obligations that may apply.

The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject (article 6.1.a GDPR) upon voluntary submission of the form, as well as the legitimate interest of Gromo World S.L. in responding to B2B enquiries (article 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention period

Data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to attend to your enquiry and, subsequently, for the periods legally required to discharge any liability. Once these periods expire, the data will be deleted or, where applicable, blocked.

Recipients and international transfers

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required. For the delivery of the contact form we use Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as our transactional email provider, under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission as an adequate mechanism for international data transfers.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify inaccurate data, to request its erasure when it is no longer necessary, to restrict or object to processing, to request data portability and not to be subject to automated individual decisions.

You may exercise these rights by sending an email to info@velvetes.com, stating your full name, the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an official document proving your identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the current regulations.

Gromo World S.L. applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with article 32 GDPR, in order to prevent the alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access to personal data.
