Since 1979, Velvetes has worked with cotton velvet and nothing else. Today we supply it in two weights and twenty-five colours, from our stock in La Rioja, to workshops, brands and studios around the world.

In our Arnedo warehouse we hold all 25 references on the card in permanent stock. That is what lets us send samples within 48 hours, supply orders from one box per colour and reorder without waiting for a new production run.

Quality at origin and at destination
Every lot is checked before it ships and again when it reaches Arnedo, before it goes into stock.

The card as the standard
The physical card is our colour reference: every reorder is compared against it to keep the shade consistent from one season to the next.

Certified and documented
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, REACH compliant and PFAS-free in both weights. Technical datasheets and test reports available on request.

Custom colour
For projects and collections, we develop the exact colour in 3000 or 3500 through lab-dips, from 300 metres, and lock it for repeat orders.
Trade fairs
Face to face, sample in hand.
We present the colour card at the leading fabric fairs in Europe. Write to us before the fair and we will set aside time to look at your project.
